Academic Session

The academic session at Bobson Public School runs from April to March.

Admissions Window

Admissions for the upcoming academic session generally remain open from January to July, subject to seat availability.

Classes Open for Admission

Admissions are considered for all classes except Classes X and XII, in accordance with CISCE guidelines. Class XI admissions are granted based on the Class X Board result and do not involve an entrance test.

Mandatory Documents

Applicants are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission:

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Aadhaar Card (student)
  3. Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (where applicable)
  4. Report Card / Result of the most recent examination

Admissions Process (Step-by-Step)

  • Parents/guardians are encouraged to visit the School Office for enquiries and registration.
  • Upon registration, the Admission Form and School Prospectus are issued.
  • For classes where applicable, students may be required to appear for a short entrance assessment conducted within the school premises.
  • Results are communicated within three working days.
  • On selection, admission is confirmed upon payment of the Admission Fee along with the Composite Fee for the first three months.
  • Students are expected to join the school from the first working day of the academic session, or from the next working day if admission is granted after the session has commenced.

Bobson Public School follows a transparent and straightforward fee structure. There are no additional or hidden charges beyond the fees listed below, except statutory charges levied by CISCE for students of Classes IX to XII.

Late Fee Policy

A late fee of ₹30 per day will be charged after the due date.

If the fee remains unpaid for 15 days beyond the due date, the student’s name may be struck off the rolls.

Re-admission, if granted, will be subject to payment of all outstanding dues along with applicable re-admission charges.

Mode of Fee Payment (Official Policy)

Bobson Public School follows a fully digital and transparent fee payment system.

All fees must be paid only to the school’s official HDFC Bank account using any of the following modes:

  • UPI
  • NEFT
  • RTGS
  • Net Banking

Parents are strongly encouraged to use UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or Net Banking for all fee payments.

Cash payments may be accepted only at the school office in exceptional cases where digital payment is genuinely not feasible, and solely at the discretion of the school administration.

Cheque payments are strongly discouraged and will be accepted only with prior written permission from the school office.

The school reserves the right to refuse cash payments where digital payment is reasonably possible.

Payment Acknowledgement & Records

All fee payments are tracked directly through Bobson Public School’s official HDFC Bank account.

  • Parents are advised to retain their transaction receipt for their own records.
  • In case of any discrepancy or delay in reflection of payment status, parents may contact the school office with the transaction reference number (UTR).

Digital Payment Incentive

To encourage safe, transparent, and efficient transactions, Bobson Public School offers a Digital Payment Incentive.

Parents who pay their quarterly fees through UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or Net Banking on or before the prescribed due date will earn a rebate of ₹100 for each quarter paid digitally.

Annual Rebate Adjustment Mechanism

The total digital payment rebate earned by a student during the academic session is calculated cumulatively and adjusted only against the fourth-quarter fee of the same session.

For example, if a parent pays digitally for two quarters during the year, a rebate of ₹200 will be adjusted against the fourth-quarter fee.

The rebate is not paid out in cash and is not transferable.
It is applicable only as a fee adjustment for the same student and the same academic session.

The digital payment rebate is applicable only when the full quarterly fee is paid digitally on or before the prescribed due date and is successfully credited to the school’s official HDFC Bank account.
