From Late Mr S L H Rizvi

Bobson Public School owes its existence to the vision, perseverance, and lifelong commitment of its Founder, Late Shri S. L. H. Rizvi. Established not through inheritance or privilege, but through years of personal sacrifice and unwavering belief in the transformative power of education, the school stands today as a reflection of his values.

Inspired by the belief that quality education should not be limited by economic circumstance, he laid the foundation of Bobson Public School in 1989. What began as a modest initiative grew steadily through discipline, frugality, and reinvestment of every available resource into the institution. From its inception until 2002, he carried the responsibility of the school almost single-handedly, nurturing it with the same care and commitment one reserves for family.

Under his guidance, the school evolved from a primary institution into an ICSE-affiliated school, extending education up to senior levels while remaining rooted in its original purpose—serving families who valued education, dignity, and discipline over status or privilege.

Every brick laid, every classroom built, and every milestone achieved was the result of careful planning, personal sacrifice, and an unshakeable belief that education is the most enduring legacy one can leave behind. In his later years, he would often remind us that institutions must outlive individuals

“I may not always be here, but Bobson must always be.”

His vision continues to guide Bobson Public School, reminding all who walk its corridors that institutions are sustained not merely by infrastructure, but by integrity, perseverance, and purpose.
